Equity Resources is a privately held corporation licensed as a first and second mortgage banker servicing Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina and Florida. Equity Resources was created to serve all consumers, those with perfect credit and those with delinquent credit. We have created programs for all consumers, from our conventional rate programs (the most competitive pricing in the industry) to our A- programs to our D programs, which service consumers currently in foreclosure. Our Philosophy |
| We like to know your short term and long term mortgage goals so we can help. We will then work together with you in obtaining both your short term and long term goals. If you do not qualify for a conventional loan today, we may still be able to meet your short term goals with one of our alternative mortgage products while giving you a "roadmap" to a future conventional loan. Then, over time we will keep in touch with you until we meet your long term mortgage goals. Our philosophy is that if we do this for you, you will call upon us for all your future mortgage needs and most likely refer a friend, family member or co-worker. |
Our Role as an Educator |
| We understand everyone is not a mortgage expert. The mortgage industry is changing daily with new programs, products and daily rate fluctuations. We look at our job as a mortgage educator. We will inform you of two to three options which meet your specific mortgage needs and credit. We try to meet your needs as to how often you would like to be updated on the progress of the loan and strive for a closing in seven to twelve days. Numerous issues play a part in the closing process and our promise is to keep you informed as often or as little as you would like. At the closing, there are no surprises...only friendly faces as our relationship together is just beginning. |
We Are Your Direct Lender |
| Equity Resources has the flexibility to approve your loan quickly because we are your direct lender. People underwrite your loan, not a computer which allows us to look at your positive compensating factors (job history, length of residence, etc.) to make sure you get the loan that suits your needs. We understand that good people may get into financial trouble, so we focus on developing programs to meet your specific needs. |
