MIKE KISS Growing up in a steel town one of five sons to parents
who had blue collar jobs, I have a true understanding of making every dollar count.
In my family, money was always tight. I watched my father work three jobs to make
ends meet. The work ethics instilled upon me by that atmosphere, along with my
own family's needs, has given me the background necessary to understand the needs of
my clients. I began my career in 1988, a graduate of Robert Morris College in
Pittsburgh, employed by a local finance company. During the next six years I
served the community with consumer loans and mortgages. In 1994 I became a
bankruptcy specialist with a large bank and worked closely meeting the needs
of customers who had mortgages that were in bankruptcy. Since 1995 I have been
with Pennsylvania Equity Resources taking pride in meeting the mortgage needs of
my clients. During this time I have held several positions including Mortgage
Specialist, Branch Manager and District Manager. Currently I have a mortgage
origination team that consists of Karen, a transaction coordinator and Stacy, a production specialist who help ensure your smooth loan transaction. I consider myself a mortgage consultant.
