To save a video: click the link to open, as the video plays right click on the video and choose ‘Save Video As’ and download to your computer. Open Facebook to post and choose photo/video. Go to the location you saved the video file.

To save an image: click on the image, click on the download icon on the top left corner and download to your computer. Open Facebook to post and choose photo/video. Go to the location you saved the image file.
