We’ve been made aware that some homeowners are being contacted by a company called Equity Plus offering a bi‑weekly mortgage payment program. Because of the name, borrowers may assume this program is associated with us, but it is not.

 

Equity Plus is a third‑party money transfer service that charges enrollment and transaction fees and often overstates potential savings.
